jQuery фиксировать блок при прокрутке окна

Блок b_fix пустой блок для определения координат низа екрана для него пишем стили:

.b_fix{
 height: 1px;
 background: transparent;
 bottom: 0;
 position: fixed;
}

а блок b_text это блок с текстом который будет ездить до определенных координат.
